The WorkComp Advisory Group was co-founded by Frank Pennachio and Susan Toussaint. Mr. Pennachio has trained and certified over 1000 insurance agents form hundreds of agencies across the country. He is a nationally recognized industry leader, speaker and author on workers’ compensation as well as an independent insurance agent specializing in workers’ compensation. His 20 plus years of industry “street” experience and countless hours of teaching agents from Florida to Alaska make him uniquely qualified to train & coach.
Ms. Toussaint has over 15 years of healthcare marketing and sales experience both in and out of workers’ compensation. In addition to her role at The WorkComp Advisory Group she is president of Injury Management Partners. Susan consults with agents on developing processes to create greater efficiencies and improve revenue and outcomes. |
